In October, the two platforms were closely matched, with Gemini slightly behind, followed by another crossover in November where Gemini again recorded higher new-user growth.

Perplexity experienced a noticeable increase in October before declining in November, while Grok and DeepSeek showed more modest, steady growth throughout the period. Claude's new-user additions remained comparatively stable and lower across the months displayed. The data highlights that while several platforms are expanding, the competition for mass user adoption is primarily concentrated between Gemini and ChatGPT.
